Here’s another view from the balcony, looking west. There’s such landmarks as the Denver Art Museum, Elitch’s, and the convention center. If you look closely, you can see wind turbines beyond the city. And those beautiful Rocky Mountains are included in the view.

Tony showed us the Toto toilet tank that will be installed in the walls of our bathrooms. We selected a wall mounted dual flush toilet that will save water and look good. Resource conservation can be stylish!

The past few weeks we have been reviewing the details of our architect’s plans with Tony, our general contractor and making a few changes, now that we are moving from concept to actual construction. Jim’s engineering background has been valuable, as well as his own renovation experience. Tony has been great in listening to our input, as well as making his own suggestions.

Now it’s down to the concrete floor!
